If you have an LL.B from the University of the Punjab (or another recognized Pakistani university with recognized status), you may be eligible to apply for Germany’s Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte), provided you meet the applicable eligibility requirements, such as recognition of your qualification and the required points under the Opportunity Card system.
